The Genesis
Incorporated in the year 2000, with the objective to undertake professional real estate projects in the National Capital Region of India, Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties Ltd. is part of the 30-year-old Eldeco Group. The group’s main objective is to promote a real estate and construction and the company has been recognized for quality of construction, commitment to delivery as well as sound and transparent business ethics.

Within five years, Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties Ltd. (EIPL) has grown at a remarkable top-line growth rate of 70% per annum and at present, the company’s aggregate value of projects (both delivered and in hand) stands at INR 1400 crores.

The key differentiator between EIPL and other development groups is its business philosophy grounded on ethics and integrity. The value system of the company is evident from the fact that the management encourages best in class practices and this has helped the company get an ISO 9001 rating and a DR2 rating from ICRA Ltd. (an associate of Moody’s Investors Service).

The DR2 rating from ICRA indicates Strong project development capacity. The rating also indicates that the prospects of development of real estate projects as per plan and the ability to transfer ownership as per terms are high. EIPL is the first north Indian developer to be assigned the DR2 rating by ICRA.

The founder, Mr. S. K. Garg, an engineering lecturer turned technocrat-businessman, has received several awards acknowledging his and Eldeco’s contributions in the fields of construction and housing.

Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties Ltd. (EIPL), is headed by Mr. Pankaj Bajaj, Managing Director. He brings more than ten years of business experience to EIPL. He worked as an Consultant for a few years with Feedback Ventures.

Our team comprises highly experienced professionals who in the past have worked in large multinational companies. We have a combined experience of 75 person years in the senior management team who have provided thought leadership to companies worldwide.

EIPL employs energetic and dynamic people with strategic and innovative ideas. Our people come from a diverse variety of backgrounds but are united in their talent, intellect and strength of character.

Future Plans

The Growth Path - new areas
EIPL within 5 years of its inception has attained market leadership position in Noida & Greater Noida and are moving at a fast pace in Gurgaon & Faridabad. Having gained success in all it’s current projects, EIPL in all set to launch townships in Haryana and Punjab, starting with Sonepat (new suburb of Delhi) & Panipat (100 km from Delhi) and Ludhiana and Chandigarh (in Punjab). The company has acquired prime land parcels ranging from 100 to 300 acres each in these areas. Excellent integrated residential townships of a quality not hitherto seen in these areas are envisaged here. The project value of each township is expected to be more than INR 250 crores.
